RETURNS
We want your shopping experience at Nat’s Closet to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Return Information
In the event that your purchase doesn’t work for you you can return your order for store credit. Nat’s Closet’’ does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. Items must be returned within 7 days of the date your receive your order. Please return to the address printed on your shipping label.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we’ve determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed.
Discounted items and Pre-loved items purchased are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.
Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
